A full aluminum housing with a tempered glass cover gives UD40 a higher-end commercial finish and reliable heat dissipation for its COB source.
PC/ALU Reflector
A combined PC and aluminum reflector cone shapes the COB beam for a controlled, glare-managed spread suited to retail and hospitality fit-outs.
Single COB Chip
A single continuous light-emitting surface gives a smoother, more concentrated beam than multi-point SMD arrays, from 560LM at 7W up to 2000LM at 25W.
Four Housing Finishes
White, black, grey and bronze housing options ship from the same production line, making it easy to match a brand’s existing finish palette on an OEM order.

PC/ALU Reflector
A combined PC and aluminum reflector cone around the COB source, shaping the beam and controlling glare before it passes through the glass cover.
Glass Cover
Tempered glass lens for a cleaner, more premium commercial finish than a plastic diffuser, holding up to regular cleaning in retail and hospitality settings.
COB Chip
A single chip-on-board light source at the center of the reflector, producing UD40’s concentrated beam from 7W up to 25W.
ALU Housing
Full aluminum base and body for heat dissipation and structural strength, finished in white, black, grey or bronze and mounted flush to the ceiling.
Housing Colors
Four standard finishes are available from stock tooling — additional RAL/Pantone matching can be arranged for OEM orders above MOQ.

UD40 is available in 7W, 10W, 15W and 25W. As a surface-mounted fixture there is no cut-out to plan for — select by required overall diameter and target illuminance.

Is UD40 dimmable?
The standard version is non-dimmable. A dimmable driver can be arranged as a custom option — let us know your dimming protocol (TRIAC, 0-10V, DALI) when requesting a quote.
What payment terms and trade terms are available?
