UP7R drops the visible trim ring most downlights have, sitting flush against the ceiling for a cleaner, more architectural finish. Behind that flat face is an aluminum base cover for heat dissipation, a PC diffuser, and an SMD light engine reaching up to 110LM/W efficacy — well above a standard downlight’s typical 70-80LM/W. Each wattage also accepts a wide range of existing cut-out sizes, which matters if you’re replacing older downlight housings rather than starting from a fresh hole. Offered in 9W–48W, with OEM/ODM support for importers, distributors and lighting contractors.

One Fixture, a Wide Range of Existing Hole Sizes
Fresh installs aren’t the only use case for a downlight — a lot of orders are for replacing older, failing fixtures without redoing the ceiling. UP7R’s spring-loaded mounting arms are built to grip a broad span of existing cut-outs per wattage: the 36W version, for example, covers anywhere from Φ50mm to Φ190mm. That’s a wide enough range to fit most legacy downlight housings without cutting a new hole, which is worth confirming against your specific retrofit spec before ordering in volume.

Why is the efficacy higher than a standard SMD downlight?
The 36W and 48W versions are rated up to 110LM/W, compared with the 70-80LM/W typical of a standard SMD downlight in our range — meaning more usable light output for the same electrical input at these wattages.
Is UP7R dimmable?
The standard version is non-dimmable. A dimmable driver can be arranged as a custom option — let us know your dimming protocol (TRIAC, 0-10V, DALI) when requesting a quote.
